You should have received an e-mail message when you registered your email address for participation in the study. If the email does not arrive, read more on the support site Registration.
In the email you receive after registration, you'll find a link to the confirmation form and a code needed to confirm your registration. The code should already be filled if you click on the link in the email message.
You need the code only once, at the confirmation. The code should not be confused with the username and password, this information you will receive later on. Read more under the topic logging in.
If the confirmation is successful you'll end up on a new page with a welcoming message and a link to a questionnaire. The same message and link is sent to you in an email, so you do not have to follow the link right away if you do not feel like it at the moment.
If you encounter an error message when you try to confirm your registration
Check the following:
If the confirmation is successful, but you don't receive any email from us
Check if the mail is in your junk mail inbox (spam folder). You can also try to search your e-mail after the study name, it should be included in the subject line of the email message sent.
If you can't find the email, and it does not show up within a few hours or at most one day
The study's employees regularly send reminders to those who have not yet followed the link in the email.
