About logging in
To log in to the platform you need a username and a password. You can only sign in if an administrator have provided you with credentials. You will receive your username (study code) and your password in an email message, as soon as an administrator finds it necessary.
Your username (study code)
A study code is a randomly generated combination of numbers and letters used in all communication between the therapist and the participants to identify themselves without having to provide personal information. Be careful with your study code.
The study code is used as the username to log into the platform.
The study code consists of four digits and four letters, eg: 1234abcd
Your password
The password to log into the platform is sent to you when an administrator gives you authority. In principle, it is given a short time after you have responded to the first questionnaire, or at the earliest, when some of the study's employees want to get in touch with you via the internal communication system.
The password consists of mixed numbers, upper / lower case letters as well as special characters.
Problems logging in?
If you received an e-mail message from the study administrator with username (study code) and password and still can't log in (you are getting an error message), check the following:
- Are the username (study code) and password entered correctly?
- If you copied and pasted the information from the email, the password could be followed by a space or the like at the end. Enter the password manually.
If you received an e-mail with login details, but lost it:
Request a new password from the login page, by entering your email address under "Forgot your password?"
