Check the following:
If the registration is successful, but you do not get any emails from us
Check if the mail is in your junk mail inbox (spam folder). You can also try to search through your e-mail after the study name, it should be included in the subject line of the email message sent.
If you can't find the email, and it does not show up within a few hours or at most one day
Try to sign up again with the same email address. The study's employees regularly send reminders to those registered who have not confirmed their registration. If you still have received no emails in a few days, your e-mail provider or your email program probably have blocked our message. If you have an alternate email address, or can create one, try with that instead.
